Empowering Workplace Well-Being with Smart Insights

Employee well-being is directly influenced by workplace culture, policies, and daily experiences. However, businesses often struggle to measure the true impact of their work environment on employee satisfaction and mental health. To bridge this gap, I developed a workplace well-being tracking app—a SaaS solution designed to help businesses understand how their environment affects employee well-being, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted strategies for a healthier, more productive workforce.

The Problem

Businesses often struggle to measure how their workplace environment affects employee well-being. Traditional surveys and HR reports provide inconsistent, outdated insights, making it difficult to identify problem areas, address concerns, and track the effectiveness of well-being initiatives. The Solution

I developed a workplace well-being tracking app that allows employees to anonymously report how their work environment impacts their well-being, providing businesses with real-time data and actionable insights. By continuously monitoring trends, organisations can identify pain points, introduce targeted interventions, and measure the effectiveness of workplace improvements.

Technologies

The platform was built using C# and Blazor, providing a modern, interactive user experience with a high-performance, scalable backend powered by MSSQL. The application is containerised with Docker, ensuring portability, flexibility, and easy deployment across environments. For reliability and scalability, the system is hosted across Microsoft Azure and Digital Ocean, leveraging cloud infrastructure to deliver secure, high-availability services with seamless performance.
