The Solution

I developed a smart, automated time-off management system that simplifies the leave request and approval process. Employees can easily submit requests, while managers receive real-time insights into workforce availability, ensuring better scheduling decisions. The system also features automated conflict detection, personalised calendars, and reporting tools, making time-off planning seamless and efficient while reducing administrative workload.

Technologies

The system was built using C# and MSSQL, ensuring a robust, high-performance backend capable of efficiently handling leave requests, approvals, and real-time workforce data. The Angular frontend provides a responsive, user-friendly interface, allowing employees to easily request time off and managers to approve requests, track availability, and generate reports. RESTful APIs enable seamless integration with existing HR and scheduling systems, ensuring a smooth, automated workflow that enhances workforce management.
